Verifiable Reference from at least 1 reputable provider who you have seen within the last year.

INCLUDE: HER FULL NAME, EMAIL, WEBSITE, PHONE NUMBER so that I may quickly contact her. Providing several references is encouraged as only 1 may respond to my request.

In the unfortunate event you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a courtesy gift card in an amount you feel appropriate would be greatly appreciated. You may find some links on my wish list and your gift card can easily be emailed to me at pauline@classypauline.com. I can then present it at point of purchase.

In LIEU of references please provide:

Verifiable employment information such as your name listed on a main switchboard phone directory or a secretary that I can discreetly call to verify you are employed there.

Doctors and Lawyers may provide any online website that they are listed on!

Are you listed on a company website or is your picture shown? If so, this is an easy way for verification!
